ABOUT me
Hey y'all! My name’s Kaitlynn (some folks call me Kait). I’m 31 years young and have lived in New Orleans all my life.
In June 2012, I began attending classes at John Jay Beauty College. In 2014 I began my professional career as a shampoo technician at John Jay Salon on St. Charles Avenue. There, I shampooed for a year and a half before starting behind the chair for another year and a half. While working at John Jay St. Charles, I completed the Advanced Training program, under the wings of the women that now operate John Jay Salons.
Eventually after working from home for some time, I came to Stardust in February 2019 as a hair stylist. It didn't take long to find my strengths and identify areas where I could further educate myself. I learn something new every day behind my chair. Through listening to my clients’ needs and wants, as well as learning their hair routines and habits, I strive to make each service better than their last.

If you are making a big change or want to cut off several inches, I will need more time so please inquire or mention it in the ‘Notes” section. I can make adjustments if I need to.
